Hey everyone, I'm Román and I study Computer Science at ETHZ and I am this year's Head of Events. I have participated in MUN since I joined university in 2022, which is why I wanted to join this year's board to give something back to this community which has given me so many great memories and experiences.
By far, the thing that fascinates me the most about MUN is the new perspectives you gain through the debates. Not only do you get to know people in circumstances and from places far different from your own, you also learn how to debate representing countries and positions you had not interacted with before, greatly expanding your understanding of others.
As Head of Events, I'm the one responsible for all the fun events we do outside of our regular weekly sessions, as well as organising the beer delegations afterwards. I look forward to seeing you at all the sessions, events and bars we go to!
