Hello everyone! My name is Anna, and I am a third year Political Science student. I joined MUN in my very first year at the University of Zurich in 2021 and it has easily been one of the best decisions I have made during my university years. I initially joined MUN due to my career wish of becoming a diplomat and I felt like joining the association would help me further my knowledge on international relations and hone my public speaking and negotiation skills. While MUN has definitely given me all of that, I did not expect to also find such a wonderful community of diverse and passionate people.

Not only has the exposure to such different viewpoints and opinions allowed me to broaden my horizons, but I have also been able to make amazing friends who have improved my university experience immeasurably. 

I am delighted to be serving as this year’s Head of Communications on the MUN UZH board and thus be able to give something back to this wonderful association. It will be my job to keep you updated through our newsletter and various social media channels. Make sure to keep an eye on our socials to stay informed on our weekly sessions, conferences and events!
